Swim At Your Own Risk Information

Dates  
Monday - Friday; August 8th - September 6th 

Hours  
Monday - Thursday: 8AM - 4PM (the MHS swim team will be holding practice at 4:30 so you must leave the pool at 4)  
Friday: 8AM - 8PM 

Exceptions 
Wednesday, August 28th: the pool will be open from 8AM - 8PM (the MHS swim team will be at an away meet) 
Monday, September 2nd - Labor Day: the pool will be under regular guarded hours, 10AM - 8PM 
The pool will have regular guarded hours on weekends through Sunday, September 8th. 
September 8th is the last day the pool is open for members.

Rules   

• NO ONE UNDER 16 IS ALLOWED TO SWIM WITHOUT A GUARDIAN THAT IS AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD.
• All existing pool rules must be followed. Rules can be found here.
• If you make a mess (big or small), clean it up. A broom and dustpan can be found near the guard room.
• Do not eat or drink in the pool and do not bring glass of any kind inside the gates.
• If it thunders or lightnings, you must leave the pool for at least 30 minutes starting from each occurrence of thunder or lightning.
• Do not let anyone in the gate that doesn't have a key fob. You don't want to be the person that lets someone in that gets injured or causes problems. If you forget your key fob, go home and get it. 
• Parties are not allowed during Swim At Your Own Risk hours.

During the hours specified, the pool will not have lifeguards. Swim at your own risk. You are responsible for yourself and your children.  
Please be responsible and respectful of the pool. A lot of work has gone into making this possible. We will have a team of volunteers monitoring the pool in addition to security cameras. If you abuse the rules, your access will be revoked for the remainder of the season.
